About the job
He/she manages the ordering system for spare parts and non-stock items for the Manufacturing and operates the CMMS for work orders & requests related to BU’s needs. He/she is also responsible for the processing & reporting of the production KPIs.
Main Responsibilities/Tasks:
Key user of the ordering system for spare parts and non-stock items. Responsible for non-stock inventories management
Coordinate with external companies (contractors, suppliers, etc.)
Oversee work requests for Maintenance and Repairs through the CMMS
Process production data and generate KPI reports
Provide assistance to the Production Supervisor and Business Unit Manager with tasks related to current production needs
Main user of the training management software. Be responsible for the training of the operators and technicians
Support in the introduction of new products and projects within the Business Unit
Qualifications
Required
Technological University Graduate
1 – 3 years’ experience in a relevant position in industrial production
Basic Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methods
Good Knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
English – Fluent level

Strong written and verbal communication skills
