We are looking for a Tax Specialist to join our Accounting Department and play a key role in managing the company’s tax compliance and regulatory obligations. This role is ideal for a hands‑on professional who stays close to tax developments, understands their practical impact on the business, and takes ownership of translating requirements into clear and timely actions.
Working in close collaboration with Accounting, external advisors, auditors, and tax authorities, the role contributes to a well‑governed and compliant framework, supporting statutory processes within a structured and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with all tax obligations (Corporate Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Taxes, Transfer Pricing requirements, monthly and quarterly group tax reporting submissions etc)
Prepare and coordinate tax filings and supporting documentation
Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the business
Translate new tax requirements into clear internal guidance and practical implementation actions
Act as the main contact point for tax‑related matters with external advisors and tax authorities
Provide tax input and support to forecasting, budgeting, and tax provisioning processes
Support the preparation of statutory financial statements
Assist with the design, implementation, and maintenance of internal controls related to tax‑relevant areas
Liaise with external auditors and advisors during statutory and tax‑related review processes
Ensure consistency between accounting records, statutory reporting, and tax filings
Support ad‑hoc compliance reviews and audit‑related requests, as required
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Professional experience in tax, ideally around 3–5 years
Background in Big4 (Tax and/or Audit) or relevant in‑house tax experience considered a strong asset
Experience in an international or group reporting environment considered an asset
Solid understanding of corporate taxation, VAT, and withholding taxes
Familiarity with transfer pricing concepts and documentation requirements
Experience interacting with auditors, advisors, and regulatory bodies
Very good command of English, both written and spoken

Ability to interpret legislation and apply it pragmatically in a business context
Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain tax matters to non‑tax stakeholders
Well‑organized, reliable, and comfortable working with deadlines
