What you'll do
- Handle drivers’ requests for car maintenance, tyres and replacements by providing approvals aligned with manufacturer guidelines.
- Monitor repair, maintenance and tyre-replacement costs to maximize savings.
- Secure agreed vendor prices and communicate repair totals to clients.
- Negotiate warranty recovery for vehicles outside normal factory warranty limits.
- Handle and resolve drivers’ complaints.
- Log driver interactions in CRM tools and complete all related tasks.
- Identify and escalate situations requiring attention.
- Communicate with colleagues and external partners to control direct and indirect costs.
- Drive continuous improvement and plan actions to improve operational effectiveness.
- Train new workshops in the Ayvens network.
- Inspect garages daily during repairs, maintenance and accident work.
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Automotive market experience and automotive maintenance coordination
- Customer service and complaint resolution
- Cost control, negotiation and vendor management
- Manufacturer guidelines and garage inspection
- CRM tools, escalation management and operational improvement
- English language and teamwork
- Any Fieldpreferred
