About the job
As Communications Officer at Ayvens Greece, you’ll shape how one of the world’s leading mobility brands shows up — in the press, on social, at events, and inside the organisation. This is a role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, sitting at the intersection of brand equity, content, and commercial impact. If you’re someone who takes ownership, moves with initiative, and connects creative work to real business outcomes, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
Plan, initiate and manage integrated advertising and promotional campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels
Oversee brand consistency and evolution
Coordinate events and activations, including digital and hybrid formats
Own the social media presence — content, community engagement and performance monitoring aligned with brand strategy
Develop and maintain media and press relations, managing proactive and reactive communication with accuracy and speed
Manage relationships with creative, media and PR agencies — briefing, directing and holding them accountable for quality and delivery
Translate complex mobility and automotive topics into clear, compelling narratives across internal and external channels
Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the mobility, leasing and automotive sector; turn findings into actionable insights
Contribute to ESG and sustainability storytelling as a core thread across all brand communications
Drive internal brand engagement — ensuring employees understand, embody and actively advocate the Ayvens brand
This is a senior individual contributor role. The ideal candidate operates with a high degree of autonomy, takes ownership of outcomes — not just tasks — and brings the initiative to move things forward without waiting to be directed.
What You Bring
4–6 years of proven experience in brand management, marketing communications, or corporate communications
A track record of executing multi-channel campaigns — not just planning them
Experience in mobility, automotive, financial services or a similarly fast-moving, regulated industry is a strong asset
Strong copywriting and content skills in both Greek and English
High degree of autonomy, initiative and ownership
Solid understanding of digital ecosystems: paid, owned, earned
Comfort with brand tracking, market research and analytics — and the ability to turn data into decisions
Experience working within international brand frameworks
A commercial and growth mindset — you connect brand activity to business outcomes
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or a related field
