What you'll do
- Monitor the initiation and conclusion of damaged car repairs to enhance the driver experience
- Strategically minimize time and cost for repair of damages
- Ensure creation of qualitative claim files to streamline claims handling
- Provide timely support and relevant information to drivers involved in accidents
- Monitor partner actions in accordance with their Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Channel damage assessments to preferred suppliers network
- Conclude theft and total loss cases within agreed timeframe
- Conduct close monitoring of insurance claims to minimize outstanding claims
- Handle and resolve driver complaints efficiently
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure efficient handling of client requests
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong English language skills
- Knowledge of automotive market and insurance market
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Customer orientation and results orientation
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
