We are looking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic team based in Kifisia!
Autohellas is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage projects from inception to completion. This is a hands-on role where you’ll drive the entire project lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring successful execution within scope, timeline, and budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to help shape the future of mobility.
What You’ll Do
- Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Define project requirements and ensure alignment with stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution of deliverables
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project success
- Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders and senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost efficiency
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and best practices
- Conduct project evaluations and post-project analysis for continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- University degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Bonus Points
Experience in rent-a-car, leasing, travel industries is a significant advantage
