pricing analyst - leasing

Autohellas Hertz is seeking a finance based and commercially oriented Leasing Pricing Analyst to join FP&A Team.

This key role will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of the company's pricing strategy in Greece, working with other departments to ensure profitable growth, and participating in strategic projects to increase efficiencies in Policies and Processes and maximize profitability.

Leasing Pricing Analyst will join the FP&A Team which reports to the Finance department and will be collaborating daily with Leasing Department.

Responsibilities

Reporting

• Leasing Performance Analysis

• Monitoring the profitability of portfolio (PnL per account)

• Competition monitoring (Pricing & Financial Analysis)

• Monitoring KPIs of Management & Sales Team

• Feasibility studies for contract extensions

• Presentations to Management & Sales Team

• Ad-hoc Reports and Tasks

Commercial

• Big data analysis

• Base cost setting

• Develop forecast and pricing models

• Risk management

• Credit risk assessments

• Procedures and policies implementation

• Competition analysis

• Monitoring Industry trends

• Develop pricing strategy

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in economics, statistics and business administration; MBA is a plus

• 3-5 years of experience with proven track record

• Fluent English in written and oral communication: additional language is a plus

• Strong Microsoft office skills, especially Excel. Power BI and/or SQL is considered a plus.

• Experience in Auto industry is considered a plus

• Strong communication skills to interact with other markets & departments

• Ability to work under tight deadlines

• Business savvy/ Commercial thinking

• Organizing and planning skills

• Dynamic personality and in the same time team player
