About the job
We are looking for a Payroll Officer to join our dynamic team based in Kifisia!
Core Responsibilities:
Handles the monthly payroll preparation and payroll execution in compliance with labour legislation, internal policies and relevant authorities.
Collects and analyses payroll data to produce necessary payroll calculations and reconciliation
Ensures the accurate and timely payment of salaries, wages, overtime, bonuses, and other compensation to employees
Responds to employee inquiries related to payroll and resolving any issues or discrepancies
Ensures regular payroll reporting is prepared in time, as well as prepares ad hoc reports for HR and upper management
Assists in the review of payroll systems and processes and continuous upgrade of the payroll services to the internal customers.
What We’re Looking For:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field
3-5 years of relevant work experience in Payroll, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Experience in SAP ERP will be considered as a great asset
Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English
Strong knowledge of Greek tax and wage laws
Advanced Microsoft Office user
Multitasking and organizational skills
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle confidential information
