The role in more details:
Provide payroll services to corporate clients
Identify and propose solutions to various issues
Deliver excellent client service
Work in a team of qualified, highly motivated professionals
Identify opportunities for improvement and be resourceful in making them happen
Anticipate change and encourage others to perform confidently in ambiguity
To be successful in this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
2-4 years of professional experience, in payroll and HR service
Experience in the public sector will be an asset
Knowledge of labor and social security legislation
Excellent command of spoken and written English is essential for client deliverables and communications
Excellent knowledge of Payroll Software Programs and MS Office
Knowledge and experience in the information system of ERGANI
Committed to excellence; efficient and effective when it comes to deadlines
Effective communication and rapport building skills
Ability to develop and deliver high rapport-building quality services and solutions
An extremely high work ethic
Motivation for career progression and development
Military Obligations completed
