Participating in a broad range of advisory projects such as internal audits, internal control systems assessment, regulatory compliance reviews, regulatory frameworks readiness assessments, and health checks, annual compliance programs development or execution, and many more.
Working in teams of qualified and highly motivated professionals
Interacting on a frequent basis with customers

Working collaboratively with other lines of service and practice areas to deliver other services
Maintain the highest standards of business ethics and the Firm’s culture
Depending on the induction level of the candidate, the position responsibilities will include project planning, fieldwork execution or review, completion of project procedures, as well as client presentations preparation or delivery. Market researches and participation in the departmental business development activities is also part of the responsibilities for all levels
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
Previous experience in a similar role would be considered an asset
Ability to help the regulatory compliance projects
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, or Exact/Applied Sciences
A Master’s degree will be considered a strong asset
Professional certifications such as CIA, CFE, or other relevant qualifications (or part qualifications) in Compliance are highly valued
DPO certification will be considered a significant advantage
Exposure to specialized regulatory frameworks, including Sustainability (ESG) regulations and emerging AI-related regulatory landscapes, will be considered a distinct advantage
Strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining effective client relationships
Solid understanding of corporate governance laws and regulatory frameworks
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
Effective communication and rapport-building skills
Ability to develop and deliver high-quality services and solutions
An extremely high work ethic
Motivation for career progression and development
