What you'll do
- Process and maintain accounting records and financial transactions in SAP
- Prepare, issue, and verify invoices and other accounting documents
- Reconcile customer and supplier accounts
- Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payments, account balances, and outstanding issues
- Monitor customer accounts and support the collections process
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient customer service and smooth financial operations
Key requirements
- 0+ years' experience
- Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and invoice processing
- Skills in account reconciliation and month-end close procedures
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail, organization, and proactive attitude
- Accounting / Finance / Business Administrationpreferred

Key Responsibilities:
Process and maintain accounting records and financial transactions in SAP.
Prepare, issue, and verify invoices and other accounting documents.
Reconcile customer and supplier accounts.
Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payments, account balances, and outstanding issues.
Monitor customer accounts and support the collections process.
Assist with month-end closing activities.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient customer service and smooth financial operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–2 years of accounting or finance experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Experience with or knowledge of SAP is considered a strong advantage.
Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally.
