The key responsibilities of the IT Business Analyst will include:

• Analyzing and understanding business needs, developing clear and accurate specifications to ensure that systems fully meet business requirements

• Analyze client processes and identify opportunities for optimization in different business domains

• Translates functional specifications and business process analysis into technical specifications. Codes and tests work according to standards

• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions

• Consistently completes work within estimated timeframes. Responsible for estimating automation duration.

• Help drive software development standard methodologies from technology selection and workflow to coding standards

• Translate the customer’s business requirements to define RPA (Robotic Process Automation) value proposition and solution scope.

• Ability to effectively communicate with business and technical teams at all levels

• Maintains a high standard of quality for all deliverables

The person we’re looking for needs to have:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant field.

• 1-6 years of relevant experience (position level and responsibilities will be aligned with experience). Experience in the area of business process analysis and automation will be consider as an asset

• Experience in process assessments and understanding applications of Information Systems with preference in ERP, RPA and BPM will be consider as an asset

• Experience in Web Development

• Experience in Microsoft SQL and relational databases

• Experience in process documentation and analysis, including specification of system requirements for business processes.

• Previous consulting experience will be considered as a plus.

• Strong communication skills and experience communicating with senior leadership

• The candidate must be fluent in English and Greek language – both in writing and speaking
