About the job
Join our dynamic & friendly team and be the heart of our office operations!
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (in accordance with IFRS or local GAAP)
Manage full-cycle accounting, including general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial documentation and processes
Monitor and analyze financial data to provide actionable insights to management team
Oversee tax declarations and ensure timely compliance with tax obligations
Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities
Lead and improve internal controls and accounting procedures
Supervise and support junior finance staff
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
Minimum 5–7 years of professional accounting experience, ideally in a senior role
Proven experience in preparing complete financial statements and reports
Strong knowledge of IFRS, local tax legislation, and accounting best practices
Proficiency in accounting software
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
High level of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA) will be considered an asset
