What you'll do
- Take and execute orders promptly
- Use tray correctly and continuously
- Use PDA properly
- Open wine/champagne professionally including tasting and presentation
- Handle and clear plates and glasses professionally using correct finger and wrist techniques
- Apply all safety rules
- Communicate with customers and meet personalized needs
- Manage complaints and resolve them immediately
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Professional wine/champagne opening skills
- Order taking and execution
- Use of PDA
- Customer communication
- Complaint management
- Knowledge of English language
