What you'll do
- Address guest needs and formulate treatment plans using complex mobilization techniques
- Perform massages and body treatments while maintaining hygiene standards
- Maintain a high standard of service throughout the spa
- Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient, courteous, and personalized service
- Keep your station, guest areas, storage areas, and changing rooms clean and tidy
- Keep the logbook and colleagues updated
- Assist with assigned spa-related tasks

- Spa physiotherapy and complex mobilization techniques
- Massage and body treatments, including Thai massage, Shiatsu, Rejuvance, and Reflexology
- Hygiene standards and spa operations
- English fluency
