What you'll do
- Perform massages and body treatments
- Provide friendly, efficient, and courteous service
- Greet all guests emphasizing personalized service
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of spa guest areas, stations, and storage/changing rooms
- Keep logbook and colleagues updated
- Assist with spa-related tasks assigned by Spa or Assistant Spa Manager
- Maintain excellent personal presentation at all times
Key requirements
- Massage Techniques including Thai, Shiatsu, Rejuvance, Reflexology
- Physiotherapy knowledge
- Hygiene Standards in spa environment
- Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Organizational Skills and Logbook Management
- Sales Experience and Event Management
- Teamwork and leadership abilities
