What you'll do
- Perform massages and body treatments using complex mobilization techniques
- Provide friendly, efficient, and courteous service to guests
- Greet all guests to emphasize personalized service
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of spa stations, guest areas, storage, and changing rooms
- Keep the logbook and colleagues updated on relevant information
- Assist Spa or Assistant Spa Manager with spa-related tasks
- Maintain excellent personal presentation at all times

- Spa Physiotherapy techniques including Thai, Siatsu, Rejuvance, and Reflexology
- Guest service and communication skills
- Hygiene standards management
- Logbook maintenance and organizational skills
- Sales and events management experience
- Professionalism, leadership, multitasking abilities, and teamwork
- Spa or Physiotherapy
About the job
A Spa Physiotherapist needs to deal with guests’ requirements and formulate treatment plans conducting complex mobilization techniques. To perform all massages maintaining appropriate standards of hygiene. To ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the spa.
Applicant’s main accountabilities:
Perform massages and body treatments.
Provide a friendly, efficient and courteous service at all times.
Ensure that all guests are always greeted to emphasize on personalized service.
Ensure your station as well as all Spa guest areas and storage / changing rooms are kept clean & tidy.
Keep the logbook and colleagues updated.
Assist in all Spa related tasks as assigned by the Spa or Assistant Spa Manager.
Excellent personal presentation at all times.
Applicant’s main qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Spa/Physiotherapy
Knowledge of Thai, Siatsu, Rejuvance, Reflexology, etc.
Former experience in a spa is essential
Fluency in English (verbal). A second and third language would be highly appreciated
Relevant, Sales or Events Management experience
