What you'll do
- Process employee hiring and termination procedures, including required form submissions
- Collect and verify employee daily wages across departments using the electronic time-tracking system
- Prepare, review, and issue payroll using EpsilonNet
- Update the ERGANI system with employee work hours and Sunday shifts
- Monitor employee leave, sick days, and absences, and maintain related records
- Ensure compliance with labor and social insurance legislation for public authorities and insurance funds
- Conduct statistical analyses of labor costs
