What you'll do
- Greet and escort guests with a professional and positive attitude
- Oversee the flow of guests within the restaurant
- Manage the reservations and shift team
- Organize time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle urgent situations
- Focus on service quality and economic/cost targets
- Liaise between kitchen staff and floor staff
- Maintain restaurant ambience including lighting, music, cleanliness, and hygiene
- Oversee and address guest queries and complaints proactively
- Advise guests on menus and beverage choices
- Manage special occasion arrangements for guests
- Promote special in-house events such as winemakers dinners and tasting sessions
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Food & Beverage knowledge including wine and cocktail expertise
- Customer relations skills and ability to handle guest queries and complaints
- Excellent communication and professionalism
- Team leadership and team spirit
- Reservation management and organizational multitasking skills
- Fluency in English and knowledge of a second foreign language (German, Russian, Hebrew)
- Service quality focus and ability to promote and sell with attention to detail
- Hospitalitypreferred

Our restaurants require an energetic, professional staff member who has an excellent track record in hospitality and who thrives in a fast-paced service environment. The focus is on professionalism and providing a superior customer experience. The ideal candidates must possess in depth knowledge about Food & Beverage in addition to superior customer relations skills. Excellent communication is essential to build a rapport with guests and ability to lead a team.
Applicant’s main accountabilities:
Greet and escort guests with a professional and positive attitude.
Oversee the flow of guests within the restaurant.
Manage the reservations and shift team.
Organize time effectively, forward plan and prioritize tasks to ensure workload is balanced and urgent situations are dealt with immediately.
Focus on service quality as well as economic/cost targets.
Liaise between kitchen staff and floor staff.
Maintain ambience of restaurant – lighting, music, cleanliness, hygiene.
Oversee and pro-actively deal with guest queries and complaints.
Advise guests on menus & beverage choices.
Check and deal with guests Special Occasion arrangements (e.g. Birthdays, Anniversaries, Honeymoons, Weddings).
Promote special In-House events (e.g. Winemakers Dinners, Cocktails, Tasting sessions).
Applicant’s main qualifications:
Hospitality education will be appreciated.
Experience in a similar position in 4 or 5 star luxury hotels.
A genuine interest and understanding in food and drink – wine and cocktail knowledge is essential.
Fluency in English. A second foreign language (German/Russian/Hebrew) will be appreciated.
