What you'll do
- Prepare equipment and perform tasks related to the start and end of each shift (mise en place)
- Clean guest rooms and common areas of the hotel
- Distribute additional items to rooms following hotel service standards
- Report any damages or malfunctions to the supervisor
- Know the hotel areas to answer guest questions and provide clarifications
- Welcome guests in a friendly manner with a smile
- Assist in all tasks related to the department
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Good physical condition
