What you'll do
- Answer customer questions by phone, chat, and email with a friendly, solution-focused approach
- Solve customer problems and create positive customer experiences
- Follow brand guidelines and quality standards during every interaction
- Log and update customer interactions in the relevant systems
- Work closely with your team to improve the service you provide
Key requirements
- Fluent Portuguese and Portuguese C1+
- English B2 minimum
- Customer support, customer interaction logging, and written and verbal communication
- Active listening, problem solving, and customer interaction
- Computer systems and multitasking
- Quality standards adherence and shift availability
- General Studies
