How your day-to-day in this role would look: 

You will receive specialist training on the product, platform and relevant policies before taking responsibility for reviewing user-generated content.

As a Content Moderator, you will:

• Review and assess content in accordance with established platform policies

• Identify and moderate content that violates client guidelines

• Escalate complex or sensitive cases according to established procedures

• Apply policies consistently and make accurate decisions based on the available information

• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy across every case you review

• Contribute to a safe and positive online environment for platform users

• Work with quality and performance standards in a fast-paced international environment

Requirements

What do you need to be successful at this job?

• Hebrew: Fluent/native-level Hebrew

• English: Good level of English for working in an international environment

• Analytical mindset: Able to evaluate information objectively and make well-informed decisions

• Attention to detail: Comfortable working with detailed guidelines and quality standards

• Communication skills: Able to communicate clearly and professionally

• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment

• Digital interest: Comfortable using online platforms and interested in technology and digital trends

• Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, trust & safety or a similar role is an advantage, but not essential

Important eligibility requirement

Candidates must have either:

• An EU passport, or

• A valid Greek work permit

• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
