How your day-to-day in this role would look:
You will receive specialist training on the product, platform and relevant policies before taking responsibility for reviewing user-generated content.
As a Content Moderator, you will:
Review and assess content in accordance with established platform policies
Identify and moderate content that violates client guidelines
Escalate complex or sensitive cases according to established procedures
Apply policies consistently and make accurate decisions based on the available information
Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy across every case you review
Contribute to a safe and positive online environment for platform users
Work with quality and performance standards in a fast-paced international environment
Requirements
What do you need to be successful at this job?
Hebrew: Fluent/native-level Hebrew
English: Good level of English for working in an international environment
Analytical mindset: Able to evaluate information objectively and make well-informed decisions
Attention to detail: Comfortable working with detailed guidelines and quality standards
Communication skills: Able to communicate clearly and professionally
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
Digital interest: Comfortable using online platforms and interested in technology and digital trends
Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, trust & safety or a similar role is an advantage, but not essential
Important eligibility requirement
Candidates must have either:
An EU passport, or
A valid Greek work permit
