What you'll do
- Analyze BPO vendor performance to support high-quality customer experiences and stable operations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent customer support
- Provide specialized support for complex issues beyond frontline capabilities
- Identify and recommend process improvements
- Participate in daily alignment
- Communicate with customers when necessary
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Dutch or Flemish fluency and English fluency
- Online customer service and back-office operations
- Analytical skills, prioritization, and active listening
- MS Office and G-Suite
- Communication, customer support, and problem-solving
- Cross-functional collaboration and rotating shift availability
Benefits
