Right now, we are looking for a passionate and self-driven Planned Maintenance Engineer to join our Supply Chain Team in Patras.
We are seeking an individual who will support the implementation of our maintenance strategies, ensure the reliability of equipment, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site. This person will thrive if they are eager to learn, have a hands-on and problem-solving mindset, and are committed to driving operational excellence within the Supply Chain function.
Responsibilities
:
Leading machinery maintenance plans preparation, updating and executing them.
Responsible for planning to optimize reliability & cost of planned maintenance process.
Leading machinery maintenance budgeting and calculating the preventive maintenance budget.
Planning & preparing Work Orders (scope, tasks, resources, materials, tools)
Accountable for Spare Parts Management.
Responsible for Vendors (third parties) management.
Oversee the full procurement process for materials and services, from RFQ and requisition to quotation assessment, purchase order issuance, and invoicing follow-up.
Requesting materials in line with the inventory, stock & delivery time.
Managing tools & systems for maintenance execution.
Optimization of MRP settings.
Requirements
:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a university or technical institution (AEI/ATEI).
Hands-on experience with the corrective and preventive maintenance module of SAP or a similar system.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Proficient user of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
3–5 years of relevant experience as a Maintenance Engineer; previous experience will be considered a strong asset.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on analytical and strategic thinking.
Adaptability and excellent time management abilities, capable of working under pressure and managing multiple tasks.
Effective communicator, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.

We have three breweries in Athens, Thessaloniki and Patras and two malteries in Thessaloniki and Patras. In Patras we also produce our ciders, with Greek apple juice and Greek raw materials.
