We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially savvy Demand Planning Manager to lead our Demand Planning Function. This role is critical in ensuring accurate forecasts, aligning with commercial strategies, and driving continuous improvement across planning processes. You will collaborate closely with Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to deliver reliable demand plans that support business growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Generate and update demand plans by combining statistical and commercial forecasts (NPIs, promo plans) in collaboration with Commercial and other stakeholders.
Create accurate statistical forecasts, incorporating, seasonality, trends, and demand drivers.
Integrate customer and consumer behavior into demand plans; challenge assumptions when necessary. Provide insights on the financial impact of demand planning performance.
Generate and discuss alternative scenarios on the demand plan for the S&OP process.
Coordinate and monitor demand planning processes, ensuring alignment with supply planning and commercial activities.
Initiate and implement improvements to demand planning processes and support Total Productive Management (TPM) initiatives.
Track and analyze KPIs such as forecast accuracy and bias; identify and drive improvement opportunities.
Deliver clear and accurate reports on demand planning performance to enable strategic decision-making.
Facilitate the demand review meetings and actively contribute to the rest of S&OP meetings and discussions.
Lead the Demand Planning team to achieve departmental objectives.
Requirements:
Holds of a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or related field.
5-8 years’ relevant experience. Preferably experience in Commercial (e.g. trade marketing, customer service) and/or Planning and/or CS&L roles.
Experience in FMCG or similar fast-paced industry will be a plus.
Project management skills.
Valued FuturMaster or JDA Demand Planning background.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of demand planning and S&OP (preferably experience on statistical models for Demand planning).
Strong analytical skills.
Knowledge of the commercial and supply chain processes.
Ability to manage and lead teams to excellent performance.
Ability to influence, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships.
Fluent in English and Greek.

We produce in Greece 17 beer brands and line extensions with 100% Greek barley sourced through the collaboration with more than 2,000 farmers, and Greek raw materials. We have three breweries in Athens, Thessaloniki and Patras and two malteries in Thessaloniki and Patras. In Patras we also produce our ciders, with Greek apple juice and Greek raw materials.

We are the largest beer exporter in Greece for over 40 years. With the help of an extensive distribution and sales network, we produce and distribute our products in 19 countries and on 5 continents.
