We are seeking a Business Transformation Specialist to support our executive team in this pivotal role, driving business and operational transformation and evolution. The position offers direct exposure to the C-suite while executing strategic initiatives and delivering operational excellence across key stakeholder groups.
The role will report to the Chief of Staff and the head of the CEO's/Transformation Office.
Key Accountabilities
As a member of the Office team, the Business Transformation Specialist will:
Work jointly with internal and external stakeholders for the achievement of strategic goals, through the high-level governance, coordination, and monitoring of key initiatives and projects, and their successful and timely delivery, as well as the efficient allocation of resources
Serve as a point of contact, ensuring alignment of corporate objectives across business units and fostering enterprise-wide commitment to initiatives
Drive or implement innovation-promoting projects that enhance operational capabilities, establish competitive advantages, and promote continuous improvement in culture
Develop strategic partnerships with technology providers and innovators to accelerate digital transformation and enhance competitiveness
Conduct comprehensive research on market trends, emerging technologies, peers, ecosystem dynamics, and industry benchmarks
Update the CEO on the level of achievement of all critical goals and escalate potential issues and risks impeding seamless realization and timely resolution
Assist the Executive Team with tasks tied to developing and executing strategic plans
Support the Executive Team in preparing and presenting high-impact Board presentations
Knowledge and experience
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, digital transformation, or corporate law, with a Master's degree preferred
2-5 years of experience in project coordination, strategy support, or business analysis roles with progressive responsibilities
Proven ability to assist in preparing materials for executive meetings and Board presentations
Solid understanding of corporate governance frameworks
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in corporate environments
Prior interaction with C-Suite Executives will be considered a plus
Skills & Competences
Excellent Greek and English (C2 level or above) communication skills for presentations, stakeholder engagement, and professional documentation
Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and timely delivery of strategic initiatives
Critical and innovative thinking with creative problem-solving capabilities to address complex business challenges
Advanced analytical capabilities with demonstrated ability to work independently on complex organizational initiatives
Effective collaborative approach with proven teamwork abilities across different organizational levels
Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining composure and meeting critical deadlines
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and reliability in all deliverables
Fulfilled military obligations (for men)
