What you'll do
- Welcome customers at the café and take orders
- Deliver food and beverages to customers

- Participate in opening and closing procedures of the café

About the job
The Service Staff member is responsible for serving visitors at the park's café, taking and delivering orders, and maintaining a clean and welcoming space. This role plays a key part in the visitor's overall experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
Customer Service
Welcome customers at the café, take orders, and deliver food and beverages.
Inform customers about the menu, daily offers, and ingredients.
Handle complaints and special requests with professionalism.
Cash Desk & Orders
Process transactions accurately through the POS system.
Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely execution of orders.
Prepare simple items (coffees, smoothies, snacks) where required.
Space & Cleanliness
Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, and the general café area.
Check stock levels and inform the Supervisor of any shortages.
Participate in the café's opening and closing procedures.
Requirements
High school diploma. Studies in Tourism/Hospitality or a related field are an additional asset.
Experience in food service, café, or customer service is an advantage.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
Strong people orientation and excellent communication skills.
Flexibility to work a rotating schedule (afternoons, weekends, holidays).
Reliability, initiative, and team spirit.
Excellent knowledge of the Greek language, knowledge of English is an additional asset.
