About the job

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our PMO Office, taking ownership of a portfolio of internal platforms and tools that support the Group's transformation agenda. This role combines business coordination with hands-on technical involvement — you'll manage vendor relationships, understand system specifications, map data and systems across the organization, and in some cases help configure or build workflows directly.

Job Description

  • Own the roadmap and lifecycle for a portfolio of internal tools/platforms, prioritizing based on business needs

  • Act as the primary point of contact with technology vendors — attending meetings, reviewing technical specs, and negotiating scope/timelines

  • Map existing data flows, systems, and integrations to identify gaps, overlaps, and opportunities for improvement

  • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for vendors or internal teams

  • Configure or build workflows/automations directly where feasible (e.g., low-code platforms, workflow engines)

  • Manage the technical build out of the product and subsequent features, working with developers and tools to execute on the roadmap

  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure tools meet evolving business needs

  • Establish KPIS, track platform performance, adoption, and issues; manage a backlog of enhancements

  • Support broader PMO transformation initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in product management, business/systems analysis, or technical project management

  • Strong business acumen — able to connect technical decisions to business impact and priorities

  • Demonstrated experience working directly with software vendors — reviewing specs, negotiating requirements

  • Solid understanding of technology and systems, with comfort working hands-on with automation and AI tools to streamline processes

  • Experience with data/systems mapping (e.g., process flows, integration architecture, data lineage)

  • Curiosity and fluency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., for data analysis, workflow automation, or productivity) as part of day-to-day work

  • Proven track record of turning a business problem into a technical solution, including the broad technological architecture and UX flows

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

  • Experience managing multiple platforms/tools simultaneously

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)

  • High ethical standards, fitting with the values of Antenna Group

Benefits

  • Competitive remuneration package

  • Health and Life Insurance Plan

  • Friendly and challenging working environment
