What you'll do
- Prepare snacks, desserts, beverages, and meals according to the menu
- Maintain presentation and quality standards for every order
- Ensure timely execution of orders for birthday parties and group events
- Strictly comply with hygiene and food safety rules (HACCP)
- Regularly clean kitchen equipment and work areas
- Ensure proper storage and stock management
- Check expiry dates and report shortages to the Supervisor
- Collaborate with service staff to ensure a smooth order flow
- Participate in the kitchen's opening and closing procedures
Key requirements
- Knowledge of Hygiene and Food Safety (HACCP) and food hygiene rules
- Skills in Food Preparation and Production
- Ability to perform Kitchen Equipment Cleaning
- Experience with Stock and Expiry Date Management
- Flexibility to Work Rotating Schedule
- General / Culinary Arts
