What you'll do

- Participate in park opening and closing procedures

About the job
The Front Desk Officer is the visitors' first point of contact with the park. They are responsible for welcoming, informing, and smoothly checking in visitors, ensuring a positive first impression and the efficient operation of the cash desk.
Responsibilities and Duties
Reception & Guest Service
Welcome guests with courtesy and professionalism.
Provide information on the park's services, packages, and offers.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a calm and effective manner.
Cash Desk & Sales
Issue tickets and manage payments through the POS system.
Sell memberships and packages — actively highlighting the benefits of each option.
Manage bookings for birthday parties and group visits.
Maintain accuracy in transactions and in cash desk closing.
Administrative Support
Update visitor records and maintain attendance statistics.
Communicate with the Shift Supervisor regarding any issues or needs.
Participate in the park's opening and closing procedures.
Requirements
High school diploma. Studies in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field are an additional asset.
Experience in cash handling, customer service, or retail is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
Strong people orientation and excellent communication skills.
Flexibility to work a rotating schedule (afternoons, weekends, holidays).
Reliability, initiative, and team spirit.
Excellent knowledge of the Greek language; knowledge of English is an additional asset.
