What you'll do
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and guide them through the foyer
- Take food and beverage orders accurately with a service-first mindset
- Accompany guests to the Gold Class auditorium and ensure their comfort
- Serve orders during the screening with discreet and attentive premium service
- Clean the auditorium thoroughly after each screening, including using cleaning equipment
- Create a refined, relaxed, and memorable Gold Class experience for guests
- Work closely with your team to ensure smooth operations and top-level service

Responsibilities:
As a Gold Class Cinema Superstar, you’ll deliver a premium, personalized movie experience where every guest feels truly special. Your role combines hospitality, service excellence, and attention to detail:
VIP welcome: Greet and welcome guests warmly and guide them through the foyer.
Order expert: Take food and beverage orders accurately and with a service-first mindset.
Guest escort: Accompany guests to the Gold Class auditorium and ensure they are comfortably seated.
In-seat service: Serve orders during the screening, providing discreet and attentive premium service.
Spotless standards: After each screening, ensure the auditorium is thoroughly cleaned and ready for the next guests (including use of cleaning equipment when required).
Premium experience ambassador: Create a refined, relaxed, and memorable Gold Class experience from arrival to exit.
Team player: Work closely with your team to ensure smooth operations and top-level service at every shift.
Requirements
Ηigh school diploma (bonus if you’re studying hospitality, tourism, or related fields).
Experience in customer service, retail, or food & beverage (a plus, not a must)
Strong people orientation and stellar communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule of 3–5 shifts per week depending on business needs.
Reliability, proactivity, and team spirit.
Fluency in Greek; (basic English an advantage).
