What you'll do
- Supervise visitors continuously in trampoline zones and other facilities
- Enforce safety rules and intervene in hazardous behavior
- Manage zone capacity and monitor the number of people per area
- Respond immediately to accidents or injuries and provide first aid
- Guide visitors on correct use of facilities and address their questions
- Ensure an enjoyable and safe experience for all ages
- Complete incident reports for any occurrences
- Inspect equipment regularly for wear or malfunction and report issues
- Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas

About the job
The Air Guard is responsible for supervising the safe use of the trampolines and other facilities of the park. The Air Guard is a front-line safety team member responsible for supervising activities, promoting compliance with safety rules, and responding appropriately to incidents.
Responsibilities and Duties
Supervision & Safety
Continuously supervise visitors in the trampoline zones and other facilities.
Enforce safety rules and intervene immediately in cases of hazardous behavior.
Manage zone capacity — monitor the number of people per area.
Respond immediately in the event of an accident or injury: provide first aid and inform the Supervisor.
Visitor Service
Guide visitors on the correct use of the facilities.
Address visitor questions regarding rules and activities.
Ensure an enjoyable and safe experience for all ages.
General
Complete incident reports for any occurrence.
Regularly inspect equipment for wear or malfunction — report to the Supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the areas of responsibility.
Requirements
High school diploma. Studies in Physical Education, Tourism, or a related field are an additional asset.
First Aid Certificate (required, or willingness to obtain one upon hiring).
Experience in entertainment venues, sports, or crowd supervision is an advantage.
Composure, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to make quick decisions.
Strong people orientation and excellent communication skills.
Flexibility to work a rotating schedule (afternoons, weekends, holidays).
Reliability, initiative, and team spirit.
Excellent knowledge of the Greek language; basic knowledge of English is an additional asset.
