Angelicoussis Group, one of the world’s leading ship management organizations is looking for a motivated SAP Manager to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic input for future improvements and optimizations in SAP Landscape;
- Lead and manage the SAP team ensuring timely and effective delivery of projects, change requests and incidents;
- Mentor and develop team members, providing support and guidance in day-to-day activities;
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the SAP ecosystem by supporting and gaining exposure to various SAP modules in day-to-day operations;
- Participate in SAP related projects, coordinating with stakeholders and external partners to meet project timelines and deliverables;
- Ensure SAP best practices are followed, enhancing system efficiency and performance;
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and recommend process improvements within SAP, providing high quality deliverables;
- Manage user requests and support calls, providing prompt troubleshooting and resolution of SAP related issues;
- Ensure proper documentation and knowledge base development to support continuity and knowledge sharing within the team;
- Organize and deliver training sessions for end users to ensure effective utilization of the system;
Candidate must have
- At least 6 years experience in SAP S/4 HANA full cycle implementations and support, and at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in leading SAP teams and Project Management. SAP Certifications will be considered as a plus.
- Ability to manage internal stakeholders, external vendors, and contractors, ensuring alignment on deadlines, deliverables, and contractual obligations.
- Strong knowledge in one or more SAP S/4 HANA modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, EWM etc) and integration with other systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and contributing to successful project outcomes and support overall system functionality.
- Proficiency in the English Language (written and oral) is a firm requirement.
