Angelicoussis Group, one of the world’s leading ship management organizations is looking for an experienced and motivated SAP MM Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized expertise in MM. Knowledge of SD is a strong advantage, while experience in other modules, such as EWM, is considered an asset.

  • Support the implementation of SAP MM modules, ensuring integration with other SAP modules.

  • Gain and maintain a broad understanding of the SAP ecosystem, supporting multiple modules in day-to-day operations.

  • Gather and analyze business requirements, collaborate closely with business departments to identify needs, recommend process improvements within SAP, design, deploy, deliver and support high-quality solutions.

  • Customize the SAP MM modules to meet specific business needs and oversee related development activities.

  • Manage user requests and incidents, providing prompt troubleshooting and resolution of SAP-related issues.

  • Organize and deliver training sessions for end users to ensure effective utilization of the system and maximize system adoption.

  • Actively participate in SAP-related projects, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.

Candidate must have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s/SAP certifications a plus), with proficiency in Greek & English.

  • 5+ years’ SAP MM and S/4HANA experience, including implementation, configuration, support, and full project lifecycle.

  • Strong knowledge of Procurement & Inventory Management processes (purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, invoice verification, stock transfers, consignment, subcontracting).

  • Deep knowledge of MM and integration with other SAP modules (SD, EWM, FI/CO), and hands-on with S/4HANA innovations (Fiori apps, Business Partner, Material Ledger).

  • Solid understanding of SAP Authorization concepts (MM related) and interface technologies (IDocs, RFCs, Web Services, PI/CPI).

  • Proven track record in applying SAP best practices and methodologies within cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects and overall system functionality.

  • Proactive and autonomous with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

  • Team-oriented collaborator with excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts.

  • Quick to diagnose issues, propose solutions, and dive into technical details when required.

  • Resilient under pressure and able to manage stress effectively.
