What you'll do
- Support all ICT Systems remotely including PCs, Satellite Communication Systems, and networking equipment at hardware and software level
- Support users and troubleshoot daily issues at 1st level
- Regulate levels of access and security
- Install applications
- Support client networks on Windows OS (Server and Client), O365, and Navigational Software
- Support systems infrastructure including HyperV, VMs, Windows Server 2012 R2 and newer, Active Directory, and DNS
- Support network infrastructure including Infinity and FortiGate Firewall configuration and Layer 2 switching
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- ICT Systems Support including Satellite Communication Systems and Networking Equipment Support
- Troubleshooting at 1st Level and Application Installation
- Windows OS (Server and Client) and Office 365 (O365)
- Navigational Software Support
- HyperV and Virtual Machines (VMs), Windows Server 2012 R2 and newer, Active Directory, DNS
- Firewall Configuration (Infinity & FortiGate) and Layer 2 Switching
- Information Technology
