As a Sushi Cook you will

·        Selection and preparation of appropriate ingredients for sushi making

·        Creation of high-quality sushi using traditional techniques

·        Ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety regulations in the workplace

·        Monitoring the quality of raw materials and ensuring that dishes meet high standards

Entry Requirements

·        2 years proven experience as a sushi cook preferably in a high-end restaurant

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with precision and attention to detail

·        Excellent communication and teamwork skills

·        Passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences

·        Be familiar with Food and Beverage industry’s technology

·        Be a team player and a great communicator with colleagues and managers in all departments

·        Be informed about other cultures and dairy restrictions
