As a Spa Receptionist you will

·        Make reservations for all Spa treatments

·        Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy

·        Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information

·        Greet guests courteously upon arrival

·        Promote in house and sister properties’ services and facilities

·        Handle guest needs, inquiries and requests regading spa services

·        Ensure that all pertinent information is recorded on registration card, report daily activity on log book

·        Conduct check-in and check-out procedures based on company ‘s standards

Entry Requirements

·        Experience in a similar role. Previous hospitality experience is preferred

·        Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written (a second language will be considered as an asset)

·        Upselling, while you ensure guests needs

·        Possess computer skills (experience in using reservations softwares will be considered as an asset)

·        Be a team player and a great communicator with guests from all over the world, colleagues and managers in all departments

·        Interpersonal and organizational skills
