As a Reservations Agent you will

·        Handle Online Booking Engine and the group’s multi-PMS

·        Handle incoming requests (e-mail, phone calls and website)

·        Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone or email

·        Have knowledge of all major Extranets (Β2Β, B2C, OTAs)

·        Room Allocation

·        Communicate with the Sales and Accounting Departments regarding offers or following up on payments.

·        Answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations

Entry Requirements

·        At least 2 years experience in a relevant position in a 5* hotel

·        Excellent command of the English language, both oral and verbal

·        Knowledge of Opera PMS or relevant (Fidelio, Protel)

·        Knowledge of any other language will be considered an asset

·        Multi-tasking

·        Excellent communication and organizational skills

·        Ability to effectively working under pressure

·        Experience in a multi-property management system will be considered an asset
