payroll supervisor

As a Payroll Supervisor you will

·        Oversee processing of payroll and changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades

·        Monitoring and verification of employee time tracking

·        Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software

·        Calculate bonuses and allowances

·        Schedule bank payments, distribute payment statements

·        Report on payroll figures and monthly KPIs

·        Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations

·        Submit monthly APD &  FMY

Entry Requirements

·        Excellent knowledge of Greek Labor Laws and regular updates

·        Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Accounting of Economics

·        Previous Experience in Human Resources within a Hotel environment or a consultancy agency will be considered an asset

·        Strong verbal communication and presentation skills

·        Advanced technical skills, including superior Microsoft Office, Excel and Power point

·        Experience with Pylon HRM will be considered an asset

·        Ability to handle confidential information

·        Excellent organizational skills, emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills

·        Ability to commute to Santorini whenever necessary
