As a Hostess/Host you will

·        Ensure the smooth operation of the shift through customer focused service delivery

·        Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with company standards

·        Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all company policies and procedures

·        Schedule reservations and gather additional information of guest ‘s preferences

·       Prevent and handle guest issues and concerns in an efficient and professional manner

Entry Requirements

·        Have experience in a similar role. Previous hospitality experience is preferred

·        Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written (a second language will be considered as an asset)

·        Be a team player and a great communicator with guests from all over the world, colleagues and managers in all departments

·        Interpersonal and organizational skills
