As a Bellman you will

·        Greet guests and assist with luggage, providing exceptional customer service

·        Deliver luggage & packages to guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner

·        Provide information about hotel services and amenities

·        Maintain a clean and organized lobby area

·        Issue room keys

·        Assist with other duties as assigned by management

Entry Requirements

·        Knowledge of English Language

·        Previous experience in a customer service role preferred

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·        Basic computer skills

·        Must be able to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods of time

·        Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with high guest traffic
