As a Bartender you will

·        Ensure the smooth operation of the shift through customer focused service delivery

·        Conduct on the job training in accordance with the departmental standards and procedures

·        Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with company standards

·        Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all company policies and procedures relating to Health & Safety

·        Immediate and effective response to guest ‘s requests and complaints

·        Operate cocktails, long drinks, non-alcoholic beverages and signature cocktail lists as needed

·        Prepare drinks by following recipes and preparation techniques

·        Upsell, while you ensure guests needs

Entry Requirements

·        Experience in the Food and Beverage industry - Experience at a 4 or 5* hotel is preferred

·        Excellent command of the Greek & English language, both spoken and written

·        Be familiar with Food and Beverage industry’s technology

·        Be a team player and a great communicator with guests from all over the world, colleagues and managers in all departments

·        Be informed about other cultures and dairy restrictions
