As a bartender you will…

• Ensure the smooth operation of the shift through customer focused service delivery
• Conduct on the job training in accordance with the departmental standards and procedures
• Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with company standards
• Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all company policies and procedures relating to Health & Safety
• Immediate and effective response to guest ‘s requests and complaints
• Operate cocktails, long drinks, non-alcoholic beverages and signature cocktail lists as needed
• Prepare drinks by following recipes and preparation techniques
• Upsell, while you ensure guests needs

Entry Requirements:

• Experience in the Food and Beverage industry - Experience at a 4 or 5* hotel is preferred
• Excellent command of the Greek & English language, both spoken and written
• Be familiar with Food and Beverage industry’s technology
• Be a team player and a great communicator with guests from all over the world, colleagues and managers in all departments
• Be informed about other cultures and dairy restrictions
