What you'll do
- Deliver food and beverage service according to Amanzoe standards
- Welcome, seat, and attend to guests promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of your station and surrounding area
- Set up, clear, and reset tables efficiently
- Communicate guest needs and dietary requirements to kitchen and bar teams
- Handle guest feedback gracefully and escalate issues when needed
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
