What you'll do
- Conduct one-to-one wellness consultations to understand guests’ lifestyles, preferences and wellbeing goals
- Assess priorities such as relaxation, recovery, sleep, mobility, fitness and stress management
- Design personalised wellness itineraries using Spa and Fitness offerings
- Maintain confidentiality of guest health questionnaires and consultation records
- Follow up with guests to refine and optimise their wellness journeys
- Present and recommend Spa, Wellness and Fitness services
- Drive Spa and Wellness revenue through personalised recommendations
- Collaborate with teams to convert consultations into confirmed bookings
- Promote signature treatments, retreats, wellness programs and visiting specialists
- Contribute to curated wellness experiences aligned with guest interests
- Maintain knowledge of treatments, movement sessions, recovery therapies and wellness programs
- Communicate offering benefits and suitability without creating unrealistic expectations
- Ensure seamless guest flow from consultation to treatment delivery
- Provide feedback to improve service quality and guest satisfaction
- Support internal training initiatives when required
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Wellness consultations and personalised wellness program design
- Holistic health practices, traditional or holistic medicine, Fitness, Mindfulness and Lifestyle wellbeing
- Spa, fitness and wellness services; Spa and wellness product knowledge
- Guest-focused revenue generation and luxury hospitality
- International guest service and English fluency
- Guest health information confidentiality and legal right to work in Greece
- Any Fieldpreferred
