What you'll do
- Gain broad exposure to Amanzoe operations through an initial immersion across key property areas.
- Develop operational expertise in Food and Beverage and progressively assume greater responsibilities.
- Deliver personalised service aligned with ultra-luxury hospitality standards.
- Follow an Individual Development Plan combining on-the-job training, structured learning, eLearning and self-paced development.
- Participate in learning opportunities through Cornell University and Aman’s internal resources.
- Work with an experienced mentor for guidance and development support.
- Take ownership of projects and initiatives to strengthen leadership skills and business acumen.
- Develop understanding of Food and Beverage operations, guest experience, financial performance and team leadership.
- Build management capabilities for progression towards an Assistant Manager position.
