We are seeking a dedicated and service-minded Houseman to join the Housekeeping team at Amanzoe, in the Peloponnese, Greece. Reporting to the Floor Supervisors, the Houseman plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall upkeep of guest areas and accommodations. This position is integral to creating the immaculate and serene environments Aman is known for, ensuring that our guests experience the highest levels of comfort and care throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

• Assist Housekeeping Attendants in preparing guest rooms and maintaining cleanliness in all public areas
• Ensure all areas are fully stocked with required supplies and that equipment is functioning properly
• Respond promptly to guest requests and assist with luggage handling or deliveries when needed
• Support deep cleaning projects and maintenance of housekeeping equipment and storage areas
• Maintain a polished and discreet presence while upholding Aman’s values of privacy and respect
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors promptly

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar housekeeping role, preferably in a 5-star luxury hotel or resort
• A hospitality-related qualification would be considered an asset
• Good command of English is preferred to support communication with international guests and colleagues
• You must have the legal right to live and work in Greece without company-supported sponsorship
• Physical stamina and the ability to handle manual tasks with efficiency and care
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of cleanliness, order, and presentation
• A positive attitude, with a proactive approach to teamwork and guest satisfaction
