boutique attendant – amanzoe

We are seeking a sociable and service-oriented Boutique Attendant to join Amanzoe, in the Peloponnese, Greece. Reporting to the Boutique Manager, this role is key in ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for guests through professional service and expert product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide a personalised boutique experience.
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the boutique is always clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
• Handle point-of-sale operations accurately, including cash and credit card transactions.
• Advise guests on products, promoting sales and suggesting complementary items.
• Maintain product knowledge of all boutique merchandise.
• Monitor stock levels and support with inventory control and stock replenishment.
• Assist with the receipt of deliveries and accurate inventory recording.
• Ensure compliance with Amanzoe standards of service and luxury retail presentation.
• Respond promptly to guest queries and resolve any service issues.
• Support other colleagues and departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar retail or luxury hospitality role.
• Previous experience in a 5* hotel environment or high-end boutique preferred.
• Hospitality Degree from a certified school in Greece or abroad is an asset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Greek and English; other languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills, with a passion for guest engagement.
• Observant, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong time management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated by high service standards.
• Must have the legal right to live and work in Greece without company-supported sponsorship.
