About the job
Manage industrial scope in the Project ensuring that the material (Internal AT supply & any equipment under Industrialization scope) - including notably documentation and relevant certificates - are delivered to the project stakeholders (Project Management, Engineering, Installation) according to project QCD commitments.

Main Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities
Project Demand Planning & Inventory Management
In Signalling Projects, for Internal & Industrialization scope, the Project Material Manager shall perform Project’s end-to-end material retro-planning in coordination with Project planning, Engineering, PPM as per SPL agreed, and Installation.
Be proactive on Bill of Materials/Bill of Quantity availability and associated obsolescence management plan (under Project responsibility).
Contribute to the Project’s cash flow targets planning the receipt of material orders rightly on time for its utilization, minimizing the time the material remains in the warehouse. Support project closure to clean and close Hard Inventory topics.
Optimize Project hard inventory value, guarantee that the level of stock on his/her project fits to the Industrial strategy, through consistent synchronization of industrial planning with Project’s planning.
Be proactive in identifying if any portion of the BoM/BoQ can be covered with excess material in ALSTOM.
Project Warehouse (when required): coordinate with regional SC/Logistics and project team to make sure Project Warehouse is properly implemented
Handover to warranty team upon project finalization
Cost Management for AT Internal material & Industrialization scope
Have a general vision of the Project’s and Suppliers' progress, milestone, stakes, and risks.
Follow project particular conditions are correctly applied and respected (such as localization rate, financial conditions…).
Build and update the Estimate at Completion (EAC) for Project Manager /each Sub-Systems
According to his/her material scope, define improvement plans, follow-up the progress and ensure the progress is compliant with Project objectives
Support Project Manager /Sub-System Manager with each gap vs CPR0 (deviation sheet & bridge approval process). Contribute to FRP
Follow-up Saving/Degradation (SAMP/RAMP) related to Internal material, and industrialization scope
Performance measurements:
Quality: DFQ / Project Industrial Review milestones following project schedule, Go FAI On-Time when no PPM.
Cost: Internal & External (when no PPM) material cost monitoring including cost reduction versus budget.
Project Hard Inventory: Cash in – cash out curve.
Delivery: On time material deliveries to the project, No Missing parts
Educational Requirements
