What you'll do
- Support technical activities throughout product introduction, commissioning, warranty, and validation phases
- Collect and report technical performance data to the Product Introduction Manager
- Implement corrective and preventive maintenance actions
- Support engineering changes, software updates, and fleet modifications, including installation checks and testing
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and recommend preventive and corrective actions
- Provide on-site technical support during revenue service and maintenance activities
- Investigate vehicle faults and failures in service and depot operations
- Assist with validation and commissioning after design changes
- Update technical documentation and maintain configuration control
- Guide technicians in troubleshooting and repairs
- Prepare and implement field modifications
- Escalate critical technical issues to engineering and specialist teams
- Ensure compliance with railway safety rules, company procedures, and quality standards
- Promote a strong safety culture in depot and operational environments
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Product introduction and system integration
- Root cause analysis and technical troubleshooting
- Corrective and preventive maintenance, including warranty corrective maintenance
- Electrical schematics and technical documentation
- Engineering change management and rolling stock systems
- Railway safety compliance, quality standards compliance, and EHS standards
- Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
